Production Assembler - Assemble and repair kits and other equipment.
Director, Human Resources - (Tempe, AZ) Drives the development and implementation of global Human Resources strategies, policies and protocols which contribute to the attainment of corporate goals and objectives.  Ensures compliance with all federal, state and local regulations related to employment and benefit laws.  Partners with the functional and operational leaders to help drive business decisions; deal with international HR issues; and operate in a highly matrixed organization.

Sales Manager, Yachting - (Ft. Lauderdale, FL) Primary client and prospect point of contact within specific geographic region or line of business.  Responsible for managing and generating all new business revenues within specific geographic region or line of business.  Responsible for managing business and travel expenses related to sales activity.

IT Infrastructure Engineer - (Tempe, AZ) Lead and perform technical support for Daily Operations/Help Desk, project-manage medium to large global projects, support telecommunications and data network infrastructure, and liaison and business units to develop solutions for existing challenges and corporate goals.  This includes:  Desktop Deployment/Support, Software Support, Software/Hardware Inventory Management, Capacity Planning, and Telecommunications/ Data Network support.  Responsibilities include tracking and reporting Service Levels (SLA's) for Help Desk measurements as defined. 

Accounts Receivable Billing Specialist - (Tempe, AZ) Responsible for entering properly verified sales orders, the timely and accurate preparation and mailing of sales invoices, updating accounts receivable records and performing assigned month-end reconciliations including applicable general ledger journal entries.  Employee is also responsible for monthly collections efforts on an assigned portion of customers from the Accounts Receivable Aging list.

Customer Service Executive - (Tempe, AZ - Phoenix, AZ) Responsible for processing all client requests for medical assistance/advice and/or travel assistance in accordance with company and department policies. Position is responsible for conforming to MedAire's quality system procedures as documented.

Coordinating Nurse - (Tempe, AZ - Phoenix, AZ - Per Diem) Responsible for managing the routine medical activity associated with client requests for services. Coordinates, as necessary, interactions between clients, physicians, hospitals and various ancillary medical providers to affect a positive case outcome.

Medical Instructor - (Northeast US  and various other US locations) Delivers MedAire developed training programs as directed by Education Services.   

Sales Manager (Business General Aviation) - (Georgia or Florida) Primary client and prospect point of contact within specific geographic region or line of business.  Responsible for managing and generating all new business revenues within specific geographic region or line of business.  Responsible for managing business and travel expenses related to sales activity.
