Manager, Account Services - Business & General Aviation (Tempe, AZ - Full-Time) Responsible for leading a team of Account Managers in providing excellent client service to their assigned client base while assuring the department meets or exceeds revenue goals. This position develops strategies to enhance team performance and oversees the daily workflow of activities. As a member of the management team, this position will lead and represent BGA Account Management in cross-functional team meetings organized to improve processes and procedures.
Director of Finance (Tempe, AZ - Full-Time) Directs and manages the finance and accounting activities for MedAire Inc. and MedAire Ltd. Responsible for timely and accurate completion of all budgeting, forecasting, and reporting activities. Responsible for timely and accurate completion of all designated accounting processes, including but not limited to: sales order entry (as assigned); client invoicing (as assigned); medical claims processing; collection of accounts receivables in accordance with established time and liquidity standards; and payroll and accounts payable functions. Responsible for maintenance of the Company’s accounting records in accordance with GAAP, IFRS and ISOS internal accounting policies. Responsible for oversight of the company’s external audit firm, and testing of internal controls. Manages assigned staff directly and/or through subordinate supervisors.
Communication Specialist Executive I (Tempe/Phoenix, AZ - Full-Time) - Responsible for global medical and travel assistance services through effective case management to clients, customers and corporate members. The job includes processing all client requests for medical and security assistance/advice and/or travel assistance in accordance with company and department policies. Position is responsible for conforming to MedAire's quality system procedures as documented. (Mandarin and Portuguese experience) |
Accounts Payable (Tempe, AZ - Full-Time) ) -The Accounts Payable Specialist is responsible for developing, maintaining and updating accounts payable records. Responsible for assigned general ledger/month end responsibilities.
Commercial Desk / Business Analyst (Tempe, AZ/Singapore) - Will be responsible for supporting the global sales support functions including developing and implementing standard processes and procedures across all MedAire regions. This position performs a key business support function by overseeing the CRM system within all MedAire regions and lines of business. The person plays a vital role in the team’s ability to successfully support the sales organization by ensuring the integrity of CRM data, serving as the field’s focal point for basic CRM-related questions. This position also assist in completing internal sales reporting and general business analysis.
