necessary to recognize and manage illness and injuries.
- STCW 95 courses are approved by the Maritime and Coastguard Agency and/or U.S. Coast Guard
- Medical instructors are certified critical-care professionals who have experienced the unique challenges facing caregivers in maritime environments
- Training takes place on your vessel or at an approved training location
- Certification from European Resuscitation Council or American Heart Association after course completion

- Find and use onboard medical equipment
- Practice a medical scenario by calling a doctor at MedAire’s MedLink Global Response Center

- Manage patient care based on real-life medical events
