MedAire Advisory Service

What if your organization could minimize the impact of crewmember illness or injury and reduce liability to your operations?

Upon subscribing to MedAire’s Medical Advisory Service (MAS), your crew will gain access to unlimited telephone and e-mail consultations from licensed doctors and registered nurses. Working around the clock, these medical professionals will help manage short- and long-term medical issues affecting your crew.

MAS supports first responders by combining our remote medical expertise with your onboard medical equipment and stores. The medical team comprises emergency doctors, registered nurses certified in advance cardiac life support and communication specialists who handle case logistics. Whether we’re treating an allergy or traumatic injury, our goal is to help protect the patient’s health while mitigating occupational health risks and delays to the day-to-day operation.

While captains are always responsible for making the decision to divert or evacuate a crewmember, our medical team will make recommendations and help the person in charge weigh the risks based on the best interest of the patient and crew.
